e 965
The Sennheiser e 965 redefines what’s possible for vocal performance, combining the precision of a studio microphone with the ruggedness required for the stage. As the flagship model of the evolution family, the e 965 large-diaphragm true condenser mic captures every nuance of your performance with extraordinary detail, delivering a silky high-end and a warm, well-defined low-end that flatters every voice. Hand-assembled in Europe by expert technicians, the e 965 features a switchable pickup pattern (cardioid or super-cardioid) for unmatched versatility, along with low-cut and pre-attenuation options. With the e 965, your voice isn’t just heard—it shines.

The e 965 brings the refined detail of a top-tier studio microphone to the unpredictable world of live sound. The large-diaphragm true condenser design allows you to capture every nuance, every breath, and every emotion—with resolution that rivals high-end studio mics. Built to withstand the challenges of live touring, the e 965 combines delicate sonic detail with the rugged durability needed to survive professional stages worldwide. Protected by Sennheiser’s 2-year (USA: 10-year) warranty, the e 965 gives you the confidence to perform without compromise.

From a silky, polished high-end to rich, full-bodied lower mids, the e 965 highlights the true character of every voice. Selectable cardioid and super-cardioid patterns mean you can adapt easily to different stages, whether you're playing an intimate acoustic show or leading a full band on a festival stage.

Thanks to an industry-leading +6 dB gain before feedback, the e 965 lets you sing with less strain compared to other leading microphones. You won’t have to push your voice as hard to cut through the mix, helping you perform longer sets, recover faster, and take on more gigs. It’s not just better sound—it’s a microphone that supports your voice, your stamina, and your career.

A rugged metal chassis, integrated pop and wind protection, excellent handling noise rejection, and high feedback resistance ensure the e 965 is ready for any environment. Low-cut and pre-attenuation switches provide even greater control over your sound, helping you adjust seamlessly to varying stage conditions.

Ideal for solo artists, front-of-house performers, and studio-level live productions, the e 965 delivers the kind of vocal performance that captivates and connects. When your voice deserves nothing less than extraordinary, the e 965 delivers.
